Despite 8x6 being that holy grail measurement a lot of guys claim to have or want, I do think that in terms of rarity a 9" NBP is just as rare as a 7.5" girth with 8" NBP being just as rare as 6.5".

It’d be very, very interesting to see some studies and stats tailored specifically to the extremes. Kinda like how we have stats on 7 footers and that. Seems like all the medical community is concerned with is barfing up the same old “5-7 is average and you have nothing to feel insecure about” crap. All fine and well, but they barely even bother with the extremes.
