You aren’t proving anything. You’re just cherry picking random photos on what things “look” like to you. The fact is there is a tape measurement that reaches a little past 24 cm, but obviously correcting for errors, he wouldn’t be 24 cm. If you think Miro Manning is only 8.25”, then (can’t believe I’m saying this) you are a massive downplayer. Or biased.
And when you say you “can’t see their height here”, you know that it’s not just height itself that’s a factor, right? It’s everything that typically comes with it, longer/thicker thighs and torsos, bigger hips and waist, etc.

From what I could tell from the soft tape measured pic, Miro looked about at the 24cm mark, or 9.5" on that soft tape, but from what I can get from this example, the way he is measured could add up to 2.5cm, or roughly 1 inch. Would it be fairer to say that 8.5 is possible? Where would you put Manning at?

Baffling anyone can look at that and see 8.25”. The tape has slack, yes, and the measurement isn’t perfect by any means. But it reaches about 24.25 cm with the incorrrect measurement. No on is saying he’s 9.5” with a correct measurement.
It seems like a pretty fair starting point, he’s standing, and it’s parallel to the ground, so if you straightened out the slack, and took a looking straight down shot, I fail to see how he loses any more than a cm or so. So 23-23.25 cm IMO. (9.055 - 9.154 inches).
Just because what the hell, let’s take off the extra little 0.25 cm and just say 23.
