Yea this is why the “looks like” stuff is hard if not impossible when comparing different people without a common object, scene partner, or film/photo set-up. Height, body proportions, glans length, angles, girth, curvature, etc. really skew the perspective. There have even been a few dudes on here who are demonstrably as long or maybe a hair longer than Mandingo who no doubt “look” shorter.

He seems a legit ~7.5x7 to me. He’s just really tall (the pics where he towered over Dredd to an absurd degree were eye-opening), and apparently has giant hands, as I’ve seen stuff where they make a point of illustrating that. Combine all of that with (IMO) being a legit 7” girth and he won’t look that long. In certain scenes he shot he doesn't appear to reach 7 inches either in circumference or length. I wouldn't be too surprised if he was 7" Thick rather than 7" long. Jack appears to be an inch longer, but that could be due to the angle, the fact that Jack's glans is smaller and he's not "too thick". So if the girthmaster dude is at the very most 7"x6,5-7", jack is somewhere between 7,75/8"x 5,25"-5,5".
