So instead of the hand width of the girls let's concentrate on the hand width of Mandingo.

So 3.3" (hand width) + 3.3" (hand width) + 1.37" (length of glans) = 7.97".
Mandingo's hands can have a hand width above average but also could be under the average hand width. Because we don't know his hand width is safer to use the average hand width to make estimations.
