I could of sworn half this thread is filled with people arguing about where to place the start of the measurement. Now I must wait for their replies. Because going by this criteria then I guess Mandingo really is only 8.7 NBPEL at best from the top measurement. And that the other part of his shaft that obviously exists from outside the fat pad is not relevant.

so we then have 3 mandingo measurements.

9.5 to 9.6 BP arguably

Agreed - and that's why we (in general - I know I'm not speaking for all) prefer extra girth to extra length. Girth just makes a bigger impact.
