If the first line above the 8.7 inch marker is 9.0 inches and the second line above that is the 9.25 inch marker then I am convinced that Mandingo is 9.1 to 9.2 inches NBPEL.

You can check it on your own in steps:
- hold dick parallel to the ground with one hand and put finger nail (of other hand) on top of the base like in nbp measurment when it starts

- if you did exerything correct you can see that your finger nail isnt anymore in base and penis is tad longer

I measured him with pixels analysis 8.2" but to the side and I dont think its legit way to measure.

this picture is fine even tho his penis is angled slightly away from the camera at the glans, we should measure her fingers which are on top of his penis not her palm as the depth would make make her palm bigger than if it was on top plus it would be better if her hand was in the middle not close to the base

it's not that simple her hand is not placed correctly over the ruler to have a better perspective of the real size of her hand in that picture you should place your hand in a similar position and see how big your hand would be then see how different the size you got from that position to the size of your hand across the palm, then you can calculate how big is her hand compared to yours, got it ???
