Yep i use a hard ruler along the top, ma dic straight out (parallel to floor) but straightened by my right hand. Probably just poorly framed. The dick lens center point might be up and to the left (guessing). If you look at the curve or size contrast between objects in a lot of stuff, the dick stays at that maximum expansion center point, which is not always at the center of the screen after cropping and editing. Likewise, it will occasionally be off center for the lens, but landing closer to the middle of the final shot (like the one in question).
