I just pointed out things that looked off to me. So I'm fine with them presumably having huge hands, but I still can't explain why the first 10 cm of the tape are all blurry, can you? I'm not here to downplay anyone, just interested in facts.

So, playing around with the levels I realized the pic is heavily shifted toward the red. The lighting probably gave off a cold vibe so they boosted the red to give it some warmth, and this oversaturated the red part of the tape, destroying the contrast.

I looked up a pic of the tape measure and managed to mimic the effect.

I have no reason to doubt the legitimacy of that picture anymore, and I'm sorry I didn't dig into it before giving my opinion.
