This is total fucking bullshit. The only thing wrong was that TMZ caused intentional harm to Scotty in publishing this photo. Shame on you TMZed.

How is it TMZ's fault? They are just doing what they do best. Do you really think a site that prides itself on exposing public figures in compromising positions is going to give up a good opportunity? lol The Olympics Committee warns Olympians to be on their best behavior but even then, I don't know why anyone is surprised or shocked anyway. Anybody who knows a thing about snowboard culture knows behavior like that is expected from those guys. These guys are punks who do crazy things on the half pipe so why not expect them to do crazy things off the course?

The guy appeared to be only having some fun while celebrating his big win. There have been other Olympians who have done worse. Wasn't there weightlifter or someone in a recent Summer Games who threw his medal on the floor and refused to wear it because he thought he deserved gold? I think there was also the French skater who took off her medal, either silver or bronze, because she also thought she deserved gold.

Someone on the Olympics Board had his head and ass in the 17th century. Silly, to be sure, but not indecent exposure. Nice abs, too.

The whole thing was absurdly innocent and inoffensive.
If he hadn't volunteered to go home, I wonder if anything at all would have been done.
This deserved no penalty at all, imo.

Bronze Medal, Cockring - what's the difference? LOL

Considering what's been done to the Stanley Cup over the years, this is NOTHING!

It's an Olympic medal, not a porn prop. If you were handing out awards and someone treated it like that -- you'd be OK with it??
    Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

So any behavior is OK as long as you can find someone who has done worse?

Who really cares it is just the stinking Olympics and a medal. Chances are it is not just a medal that is spray painted. Nice abs by the way. He should be a hit in the US with all the TV shows. Expand his future way beyond the Olympic fame would have done because of just have a medal. When are the Olympics ever going to be over, they are messing up my TV viewing schedule.

This is good clean fun. He had good attitudes towrds his female fans. I see absolutely nothing wrong with what he did. The IOC should have congratulated him on being close to spectators instead of hiding and purposefully isolating himself from normal people.

I have to admit that when I first saw the photo, I though he had his penis ou of his pants with the girl looking up close. But when I looked carefully, the skin I saw was the girls cheek, not his skin.

I don't see the reason for the fuss. He is an athlete and he has a personal life he can do porn on the side for all I care. Stupid narrow minded bureaucracy.
