Took a quick gander/search through the forums but didn't see a good thread on this. I love the cliche prostate exam type scene - can be played straight or a little campy, but the basic premise of "guy gets manhandled by his doctor, increasingly flustered and horny until he's willing to do whatever the doctor wants" is very hot to me. Anyone got any favorites?
