As for a soul mate... the concept is wonderful, but I dont know if I have ever met mine.

Before you ask; yes, I have been in love. Call me a cynic; but I don't believe in soul mates or twin souls. While it is clear to me some people were made to be together. I've always thought the concept of soul mates a bit hokey. I think it is absolutely possible that many people have met or will meet their one true love. I'm just uncomfortable with the term 'soul mate' for some reason.
