I wanted to ask the guys (or gals) here about a subject I am fascinated with and doing some personal research on. I am wondering what effect, if any, there is to men with a large penis. There is a link to sensations4women also.

There is plenty of reading material lately about men in prisons where masturbation is prohibited by rules or law, or denied by monitoring with no opportunity for privacy. Many states have or are considering laws to deal with inmate masturbation especially with the hiring more female correctional officers. Just the excitement of knowing a man is not able to jerk off his sperm and even monitored by female guards is extremely exciting for some women (like me) to think about. It's a matter of some astonishment to me that masturbation is prohibited or restricted in American prisons, although I could well imagine that, as in prisons elsewhere, privacy could well be an issue for some prisoners.

Although I've never, fortunately, been a "guest of her Majesty" I can well imagine that if an attempt were made to prohibit masturbation in a British prison it would meet with a prompt and successful challenge under the Human Rights Act. Denying men the right to masturbate could well be considered a health issue and as bad as not letting them go to the toilet when they need to. Men who don't masturbate have an increased risk of prostate cancer and other health problems. I can't imagine that stopping them masturbating in prison would do anyone any good and may even put staff at increased risk of sexual assault. I'm of a view that female staff who can't deal with the fact that male prisoners sometimes play with themselves, albeit in the privacy of their cells, really shouldn't be in the job.

It seems British prisons are more liberal when it comes to personal gratification by male inmates (lucky guys indeed). The US should take a similar view and give those poor guys some relief. I personally believe men (and women) in prisons should have the freedom to relieve themselves when needed, that being said however, I do find it a turn on to read about. My apologies to those who might be offended at a woman fascinated by this.

What happens if they get caught. DO the guards turn away and let it happen as long as it is not rape. Just mutual fucking and sucking.

They're not in there for their health. There is no privacy, your watched every waking moment. What do you expect, it's a damn prison. Aside from the few unfortunates that were imprisoned falsely, the great majority are there because they deserve it.

Not all sex between prisoners is rape. Much of it is consensual, either just for release or in exchange for goods and privileges acquired from other prisoners. The main way to get drugs in many prisons is to offer yourself up. It's a decision.

Sex between guards and prisoners is also a little more common that you think. Both will be punished if it comes out, but quite often it doesn't.

How on earth do they police that? Do they tie their hands behind their backs at night? Each prisoner has a camera on him at night and some sap has to watch every movement every prisoner makes underneath their blankets, in case it might be masturbation? If someone feels the need to scratch their balls while alseep, the whole place goes into lockdown? Guards march in the cell and wake up the offender? How exactly does this work? It sounds absurd! Perhaps inmates have to wear one of those Victorian devices for preventing masturbation?

The point of prison is to punish people while also reeducating them so that they know they committed a crime and that it was a bad crime.

America's prison systems are in desperate need of a reform. We keep prisoners so long and fail to reeducate them that they cannot adapt to society after leaving prison.68% of people are rearrested within three years of leaving prison in America and 52% are put back in prison. How's that effective when compared to other countries with severely shorter sentences that have similar or better rates?

Our prison system is a waste of money for the most part. As for the thread, men should be allowed to masturbate. Anything that can keep the prisoners calm to avoid dangerous conflicts should be allowed. Where I do agree with the links you posted is that exhibitionism and loud masturbation should be frowned upon and punished.

Taxpayer dollars being used on guards to watch them so they don't masturbate? That's expensive. And then when those agitated prisoners fight someone and cause harm requiring an emergency room trip--who pays for that? Also, it said some prisons could still punish if they found ejaculate on the bed sheets? Well, considering a guy who doesn't masturbate leaks that's definitely troublesome.

Every time you vote for harsher laws and prison treatment, think about the money you divert from educating your children. Education and development also happen to be the best deterrents from keeping people from committing crime.

This is bullshit. Most (about 60%) of the prison population are petty drug crimes. Most of those are not for distribution but USING. And by petty I mean getting caught with a joint in your car when pulled over for a speeding ticket. Most are also poor, and people of color (they cant afford a decent lawyer). In fact marajuana makes up most of the drug crimes comitted.

These people- non-violent prisoners are house with rapists, murders, con men, gang members (etc, etc) and are prayed upon.And now, they can't even get off.

Very fucked up.

Guessing that such rules are aimed at curbing inmates from making a demonstration of masturbating in front of female guards or staff. Not the guys jerking off in their bunk after lights out.
