Common sense would say that these men should have the right to masterbate, in the privacy of their cells. I can see where they shouldn't be masterbating publicly . You will never stop humans from having sex. It's just stupid to think so.
Personally i think it is beyond cruel to lock health males or females up and say that they can't have any form of sex. Cruel and totally unrealistic.
I am conservative, in my views, and fully support punishment for crimes committed but I don't believe in cruelty. Being locked up is their punishment and sex is a basic human right and a need that will not be denied
