I would think girls would be turned off by this. Who wants something that massive going inside them? I know I don't.

The lie is a turn-off, especially to someone like me, who doesn't actually care about size as long as it isn't unusually small (< 3"). But the size when it is true? Love it. Not a turn off at all. The stretch is awesome.
