I've read that Charles was circumcised at the Queen's request by the chief mohel of England (is that the right word?) or head rabbi specializing in circumcision, apparently to do with the ancient kingship ritual associated with circumcision. The Church of England doesn't have anyone who can do this! Whether this extended to his brothers I'm not sure; until Charles had sons it was possible they might succeed the queen, if Charles died. I imagine that William at least has had the same treatment.
On the virginity of the royals, Charles was provided with discreet and suitable girlfriends in his late teens by his elderly relative Earl Mountbatten, with his father's approval. Again, the same arrangements would certainly have been made for William and Harry. Charles' father, the Duke of Edinburgh, has had a mistress for years, lady somebody-or-other, and they're only seen in public together when the Duke competes in carriage riding events with her.
I imagine Queen Elizabeth is too straight-laced to have had lovers, unlike her sister Margaret who had VERY many. There have been rumors over here for years that at least one of Elizabeth's sons is gay; a royal servant wrote a book hinting at this. The author was threatened with prosecution if he named names, but the rumor says he once accidentally the prince in question having sex with a footman. Most people think it's Edward. The royals inevitably go to boys only public schools, where there's always a degree of homosexuality, and you can take this as far as you wish - I know, as I went to one myself.
