MEN OVER 40 HOT or NOT?

I'm in better shape that most of my friends. i'm only 24

i take working out and dieting seriously. a lot of my friends let themselves go. its funny because i was the big one back in the days but ever since college i started hitting the gym regularly and cut out a lot of bad foods.

the only friends i know who are in shape are some of my college buddies as well as some of the new friends i've made since i've been in new york.


and you're in pretty decent shape for your age. may not have a body of an adonis but everything looks firm and tight.

Age is wisdom. It is a positive thing.
And if you stay active and truly as happy as you can be, it will show. I am 42 and just about everyone I tell that to is surprised. I went back to school a couple years ago to start a new path for myself and the 20 somethings all assume I'm 30 ish. It has been hard and challenging to learn a new profession but in the end it has expanded my mind and I have stayed in touch with the new generation.

I like being a late bloomer it the best I love that I did not peak in high school I mean I would never go out with an of the girls I went to school with they are just to tore up. I would and do go out with their daughters;-)

To be a Hot older Male takes a lot of work. In general, it's probably accurate to say that once the average male hits a certain age. Men tend to pay less attention to their looks and health!?!.
While it takes time. Caring about your general level of fitness as well as your appearence. Can only benefit an individual.
