Tongkat ali pills are not for women but give men a really intense orgasm, I think that most other Testosterone boosters also enhance male orgasms.

I've never heard of such a pill for men.
But, I'm sure it would only take about 2 or 3 mintues to whip one up since that's about the amount of time for us to get off in most cases:biggrin1: :biggrin1:
I'd rather stick to the long lasting erection pill personally:wink:

Are you trying to achieve a faster orgasm? or a more intense orgasm? You can increase intensity without pills. I don't know about any pills to make you cum faster.
If I have a hard time getting a orgasm, I just bare down and work up a sweat until I cum.

Some men who take too long to cum (sometimes called delayed ejaculation or anorgasmia) take yohimbe (or the prescription version yohimbine) in an attempt to speed it up. Although this works for some men, it also raises blood pressure substantially.
