The Conair hair clippers (at Walgreens $20.99) keep my head buzzed to 1/8". Buzzing is easy and it is a low maintenance haircut. For my beard, I use the Conair beard and mustache trimmer - got it as a gift 20 years ago and have no idea what the current price is. In less than 15 minutes, the head is buzzed and the beard and stache are neatly trimmed.

may I suggest if you go that close, you go completely slick shaved? it is an amazing feeling and looks good too. I shave daily and keep mine smooth and slick now for the last 5 months and I wish I had done it years ago. slowly got some tan on it too..be careful and use the sunscreen. and it is easy to shave your head too..it is all tight skin on skull...just take your time. i think you will never go back!
