If you wear tight fitting clothes that keep your balls higher when sitting, you risk crushing them. If you wear loose clothes that let them hang lower, you should pretty much be able to cross your legs no matter how big your balls are.
Maybe this is a generational thing? I think it's usually older people (30+) who cross their legs. Maybe it's a way of 'hiding their shame'? Whereas younger generations sit with their legs open, potentially "displaying" in some way.
I just think it's quite uncomfortable and effeminate.
Didn't say there was anything wrong with it, just doesn't work for me that's all.And what's wrong with that?
You would!And besides, I disagree.
I guess vacuuming, cooking, and fixing a bottle for the baby would be effeminate too? Well I guess I'm effeminate too. Who knew?ef·fem·i·nate/iˈfemənit/
Adjective: (of a man) Having or showing characteristics regarded as typical of a woman; unmanly.
Seeing as women typically cross their legs, and men usually don't, it is effeminate.
Shin over shin is quite relaxing and comfortable. Not sure that's what Inco meant tho - think he's on about the thigh over thigh thing?Thigh over thigh or just shin over shin? There's an important distinction missing from your thesis, professor.
Shush you! :tongue:Oh Joll! You're a knee on knee thigh crosser and don't deny it!
I don't even notice if men cross their legs - shows how much I care about that!
However, I do notice if a man sits there with his legs splayed open - not so much because it's a display, but because the guy takes up so much space. Three people sitting in a row of chairs with some guy in the middle with his knees spread so far apart it causes two other people to be practically pushed off their own chairs. Either that or having his knee bumping one or the other, spilling coffee or messing up the ability to take notes. A few times I've actually taken a good long look at his crotch, half expecting to see THE WORLD'S BIGGEST DICK AND BALLS, why else would he need that kind of space between his knees?!![]()
