Men's Cologne

I got a cologne about a year and a half ago and I have never switched. I have gotten nothing but compliments. I am not kidding you, I was walking through "Z Galerie" and this lady came up to me and said "excuse me, I don't mean to sound odd, but you smell fantastic! You smell very fresh and that's refreshing!" My boss has complimented me all the time and when I am just out with friends at lunch/dinner I get complimented on it. Just yesterday my friend who I work with said I have "Hot boy Smell" haha. It's called ALLURE HOMME SPORT. It's not strong and it has a great scent. There's my 2 cents.

Men should not smell like Citrus. Not into those lemoney fragrances alot of men designer fragrances have. Lauder Happy is nice and light and I wear that on VERY hot NYC days....

i was vacationing in palm beach went to the saks store ono worth ave....asked the sales person for the biggest bottle of dolce & cabanna she had! she just smirked....when i saw in fact it was gabanna! im a hick....i like a nice soapy smell...and a good sport sent under the pits....i used to like abercrombie woods...but no longer made....take good care guys....watch that dolce and cabanna!

ps does anyone remeber a cologne called devon? an arramis product!! got how i bathed in that....before i put on my tummy hilfinger shirt to go clubbing!!! now i sit on my deck and watch the birds at the feeder!!

One of the best smells ever, and I can't understand why they discontinued it. Bottles, even partial bottles, sell for a mountain of money on eBay now.

I was standing at a convenience store a while back (before pay at the pump was around) and there was a man and woman in front of me. The woman asked the guy in front of her, "what do you have on? You smell great." The guy replied with the straightest face and no lag time - "I have a hard on but I didn't think you could smell it". The woman was so embarrassed. Honestly, I was embarrassed for her but man that was funny.

I like perfume very much. If you looking for classic fragance with distinction and personnality, you should go and smell some perfume from Guerlain, I like them very much.

Ralph Lauren Polo . Look for the Blue bottle, it's a classic, the chicks dig it.
Hit it in your hot spots where you feel a pulse, the scent will last for hours.
Also try Cool Water By Davidoff.

Amen to both of these. Though the one I've had most compliments with was Polo Double Black. I had a colleague tell me she wanted to eat me while wearing it.

I like Habit Rouge in the summer---it is vanilla and orange--no I don't walk around smelling like a Creamsicle, but it does overpower the different food odors I am around all day.
I like Egoiste by Chanel in the winter.

I use Clinique Chemistry. I love the way it smells and you get a very nice size bottle for under $40! I highly recommend it and my boyfriend loves it as well

I normally smell of gasoline or diesel, no wonder I don't get laid so often anymore...
The stale booze and smoke fragrance also don't work so well anymore.

I'm weird but I enjoy the smell of gasoline. My girlfriend mocks me for it, but I really do.

I use very little cologne but right now I have one from bananna republic that's a wood-scented one. I like it.

All of these scents are pretty expensive but they are miles above those normal stuff you get in normal department stores. Most what I see in this thread is the common scents everyone wears. Try one of the above, I own all and have gotten many comments on each of them.

Ed Hardy by Christian Audinger smells really good....its more of a fresh smell in line with polo sport and some kenneth cole colognes. Not very musky at all.

I wear Issey Miyake for men...it's a very classy cologne. He's a Japanese designer out of Paris. good qualities, it smells amazing, everyone loves it also a lot of people don't know about it because it's kind of a secret, it's a little bit on the expensive side. i'd recomend it
