I'm a big believer in taking at least one Mental Health Day a year. A day where you take a break from all of your responsibility and stress for one day to regroup. I'm long overdue and stressed so I'm taking a day to myself next Tuesday. I'm going to go to a spa in the morning, have lunch in one of my favorite restaurants and wander mindlessly thorough The Metropolitan Museum. Then meander home via Madison Avenue and stop at my favorite pub for Happy Hour. My question is...Who else takes Mental Health Days?....what do you do to regroup?
