He's not using any beauty filters
You can see it in videos where his face is closer to the camera.He might have used some filter for correcting the light in the first seconds of this video when he's standing in front of Big Ben for example. You can see that he isn't actually there. He video taped these locations and edited himself into it. It's the same when he starts running when the first transition occures. You can see that he isn't actually there.
I think this has an impact on what his skin looks like. But he isn't using beauty filters xD
But I totally agree that some people sometimes forget that he's also a normal person with the same skin "problems" others have. Maybe not that much but still has them. And like I said you can see that his skin is not totally perfect when there is a video that's closer to his face.
