I agree. If the entire country improved and supplemented their mass transit systems more people would use it. This would cut down on the auto emissions released and hopefully slow down Global Warming.

Also, Japan has been doing the 'grope free bus for women' for a few years now. I think it's a good idea actually. I used to be groped regularly on the PATH trains between NYC and New Jersey.:mad:
Dang! I could've groped you on a train? That's HAWT! I guess I'll have to come to Georgia to do it now.

Mexico already has the front car or 2 of each subway train during rush hour reserved for woman and children. I guess they are expanding this idea to busses. The mexico city subway is amazing. Cheap (2 pesos), extremely clean and very safe (from my experience during daylight hours) Puts the Toronto system to shame.

I never took a bus in Mexico City but used the subway extensively. I thought it was great, and easy enough to use even if not always especially well signed (esp above ground). Cheap and clean it certainly is!
