It's funny I had a friend who used to be fat and was bullied in high school. He started playing football in college and got in great shape, he has a similar body type as Mychal Kendricks. I distanced myself from him a couple of years back because I noticed he didn't respect anyone who respected him. It was like he would seek out people who treated him like shit.
I think he grew accustomed to being mistreated and thought it was the norm.
