The 'nude' pic has been fairly widely debunked as not being him.

A 2014 report determined that the prevalance of Circumcision in America is was around 81% in total with 76% of that number being black men.

Therefore, without any evidence to the contrary, it's safe to assume he's circumcised.

He was born in California and at the time of his birth the rate of circumcision there was about 43% according to the CDC with the rate falling further a few years later. The U.S. west coast has far less circumcisions than the north-east and especially the mid-West where it's often stayed flat at about 80%.

It's still way too high compared to basically every other western country, but where he was born at the time has the highest chance of him being uncut. I'd say the odds are high he's circumcised, but it wouldn't be a huge surprise if he wasn't.

Yeah I knew he was from there so I live in hope that he is and one day we find out!

Apparently the rate is reducing year on year in US/Canada so hopefully one day it's more in line with other countries

Regardless, it's fairly evident that this was someone with a similar jaw. The body shape, even when he was trimmer, looks nothing like Michael.
