In one of his first interviews for an online Israeli magazine back in the day (around 2005, if I recall correctly), he said he had had sex with a lot of 30+ women as a teenager, most of which would ask him to "not put it all in" because of how big his dick was. So what you're seeing is basically the kind of content he used to have on his instagram before he gave in to Israeli conservativism aka the part of his Israeli followers who find anything sexual or even basic nudity to be obscene.
Also, I f*ing hate his tattoos and the tattoo culture he's been promoting. I really liked his clean, early- to-mid-twenties skin.
