I've met(and others) him at adidas HQ a few times and couldn't tell if he's hung or not , or cut or not from his voice and face.

btw-i understand the young royals aren't cut

People on other sites have said they think Michael Owen is cut, but I've never seen any reliable evidence of his status. There doesn't seem to be any decent bulge pics of him.

If that's true then chances are Michael is uncut too, unless he had a tight foreskin at some point which needed cutting off.
