Michael York, in my opinion from primarily seeing him in Cabaret and something else, was a chameleon looking actor: he could be GORGEOUS, he could be pleasant to look at, or he could be down-right plain. But LOVED him being a sexual object in Cabaret caught between Liza and Helmut Griem!

Michael York was one of the dreamiest actors in history!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ran into him once at the Morgan Library in Manhattan. He was beautiful in person.
