I agree with every word of that.
And, i also understand what mindseye is saying...Trials often come down to having to "prove it" beyond a shadow of a doubt.
This is how OJ got off, remember.
They all agreed he probably did do it, but they had to deal with the facts as presented at the trial, which was botched.
I think we are all agreeing that there is something very, very
disturbing
with Michael Jackson, whatever the outcome of the trial is.
It is totally effed up.
