Depends on your point of view. My pal of 81 thinks he's middle aged and calls me Young Man!! Music to my ears. :smile:

I can out walk, out run and do more pressups than the large majority of students I teach at U of Missouri. Bet I can out bonk them as well. :wink::smile::biggrin1:

As you say: Age ain't nothing but a number.

I agree-"Age ain't nuthin but a number" 40 is the new 30
so 60 is the new 50 :biggrin1:

I get this guy at work, the same age as I am, and he calls me young man. I remind him all the time, hey we're the same age. It must be the hair. He's all gray and I just started to go gray at the temples. But it pisses me off when people call me sonny or young man.

It pisses me off when men in their 40's call me "sir" unless we are engaged in hot sex! :biggrin1:

So so right. Being middle aged has lots and lots of perks. I don't try to be 25 either but I have had a few 25's lol . Sex is at a premium right now so this is a great age to be.

I'm 54 also and people have told me that I have the body of a 30 to 40 year old. However, I do have grey hair! Friends have told me to die my hair. I don't want to have to do that! I'm not trying to be 25 or anything. I'm just trying to be me!
