And if you look at his Instagram or Tik Tok, there isn't a single woman....and the fact that there are no men either may indicate that he tries not to be seen as gay.

I only saw him with other people on the trip he made recently to Miami.. I'll let you draw your own conclusions lol

well his OF account (or accounts, considering this new Dr. Mike lol) has seemed like it's being run by a manager or something these days. maybe they put up the gay content?

I personally don't get any gay vibes from him. I think his content would have gotten a lot more hardcore by now. but going back a couple of years, looking at his old Youtube, Instagram, and Twitter content..... I have wondering if he was maybe doing some actual whoring. I mean, he's always filming at some different location. some different bathroom, or nice hotel room, or something

what do you mean by "only saw him with other people" on his Miami trip? you mean "only other guys"? well, see my above reference to his possible whoring... his lifestyle just seems a little too pimpin' for a trainer, unless he's making some serious money (and not just OF stuff) some other way....
