95% sure he takes some sort of unnatural supplement ('natty builders' are quick to tell you they're all-natural, whereas he has avoiding the subject) but I think he's regulated his intake in a way that isn't as extreme as a lot of other fitness guys.
He definitely used to take roids (my friend runs in his circle) but apparently he stopped taking them a year or so ago
He should be OK with having gay fans because, well, most of them are!

Yeah, especially with his ex Sophie, former miss Britain. She was absolutely gorgeous. Such a horrible fate for her though, taking her own life earlier this year.
