The police had no right to inform the military of this women's sexual orientation. When I originally read this story, the first thought that crossed my mind was, "Wasn't this what good, law-abiding, loyal Germans did in the 1940s... inform the authorities on those they thought were Jewish / gay / intellectuals / etc?"

Hmmm . . . Rapid City Police wearing jodhpurs and goose stepping around a couple's kitchen and, no doubt, laughing and deriding a couple's marriage license. God Bless 'Mericuh!

You're blowing this out of proportion. So she got kicked out of the military- big deal. This isn't some kind of Nazi gay roundup.

Poor Mr. Buildington: Let's kick him out of his job for . . . well, just being who his is. Then let's hear his opinion on the subject.

Maybe he'd be happier with a minimum wage job at Home Depot? :biggrin1:

I don't see why you two have to drag Home Depot into this. It is a fine establishment that treats its employees well while bringing great deals to its customers.

I asked you in another thread about your sexuality, and your 70/30 split, and you didn't even have the balls to respond. Why won't you explain yourself? Are you afraid of who might find out about your "secret desires" and "illicit affairs"? Afraid of losing your job, perhaps? Your fears are well founded, I'm sure, which is why I'm amazed that you can't comprehend why it was wrong for the police to "look through a kitchen window" and have someone fired from their job. Karma is a bitch, and she's looking for you.
