How would you know what it means? I've never seen it used in that manner. Butthurt to my knowledge, always had two meanings... a straight forward meaning and a sarcastic meaning.

Butthurt in a straight forward manner means "hurt feelings"... and in a sarcastic manner means feigned indignation... sort of a more crass analog to pearl clutching.

Well, if it was for sex traffickers Trump definitely abused the law by tearing families apart. Then he lied, by saying he can't change the situation or law.
Finally he exposed himself as a lier by changing the law.

The difference between previous presidents and Trump becomes in how the policy is used. If Trump is hated, it is what he brings on himself for the hateful and hate-filled choices he makes, influenced by an equal odious staff and administration, and a highly enabling and complicit Republican Congress. He is hardly a victim—a sociopath who takes no ownership for his actions—but not a victim.

I give a fuck if Trump is a career politician or not. I will rate him by his actions and sorry to say that, but his actions are shit.
