I think you're confusing it with another machine. The one I'm referring to is similar to a vacuum tube, but it has a latex lining inside that, when creating a vacuum, perfectly envelops the penis.

Got it! You're talking about a vacuum stroker with a latex sleeve. If you're struggling to get in even with lube, try these:

Check the air valve: Make sure the air is actually escaping as you insert, otherwise the internal pressure will push you back out.
