Hey Guys,

A few years ago I had surgery to laser blast out a stone that had formed in my bladder made up of minerals in my urine. All was fine except now, once in a while, I feel like I have minerals stuck in my urethra after I pee. Any ideas on what to do to flush them out, or areas to gently massage/stroke to stimulate the passing of these minerals?:frown1:

Thanks for any help.

It might be worth discussing that one with your doctor, just to rule out the possibility of water infection (UTI) which I know from experience can be painful. You'll need to take a fresh sample with you in a clean bottle. Good luck.
