As mentioned before a guy going in for a vasectomy the DR. in question rarely if ever "requires" that guys "wife" to "sign off on it" before they will do it.
And while there may be some Dr.s who will to some degree "counsel" a guy who has had no kids against having it done using this same "you might meet some women who wants kids" argument but few if any will flat out refuse citing "you have never had kids" as a reason if not sole reason.
In a FEW cases maybe the Dr. will agree to do it if the guy makes X number of deposits in some "sperm bank" of course the day after procedure the guy could call that sperm bank and tell them to dispose of it and most Dr.s probably know that so they make no such "requirement".
Also the guy could just "lie" and say he fathered X number and does not want to make any more and how would that DR. really know ?
