moles at genitals

Hi everyone,

I have many moles on my penis and scrotum. Who can tell me if these moles will be a signals of any desease or not. Will they develop into any cancer. I am an asian man. the size is 7.8 inches long.

I've got 1 small flat "beauty mark" on my shaft. More of a large freckle. Anyways, there shouldn't be any problem assuming the marks aren't abnormal (i.e. irrregular borders, highly raised, growing, etc...). Irregularities could mean an increased risk for cancer, but generally moles/beauty marks are entirely harmless.

Moles are usually nothing whatsoever to worry about, no matter where they appear on your body. Particularly if you've had it since birth. But as other posters have said, I think you're always best to seek a Doc's opinion if in any doubt whatsoever.

Of course, there's never any harm in asking a doctor. Meanwhile, until you next see your doctor, the moles are probably nothing to worry about, if you've had them since childhood and they're not changing in appearance.

If you have many of them, if they are irregularly shaped (not circular), if they are exceptionally large or very dark, then you should probably get them checked out by a doctor.

The only mark on my penis is a scar right on the head... from a truth-or-dare accident when I was still in grade school. It looks like a little birth mark now.
