Mongo Smash

My boyfriend calls me Mongo because I tend to throw things when I get really angry. I get so frustrated sometimes I can't express in words how I feel so I throw a glass or the remote or whatever at the wall to calm down. I feel so much better afterwords. Nothing more expensive than a cell phone but it feels good. Is there anybody else like me or am I a freak?

Not the best way to handle things. Can scare people and make them lose respect for you. It is not adult behavior.

maybe you should buy some pillows or something, if my girl threw my phone i wouldnt call her mongo id call her the girl that owes me 200$

A woman in San Diego feels that smashing things is good therapy. She opened up a business in which people pay a fee to smash stuff, thus avoiding destruction of their own (or significant other's) property.

hmmm. Some dogs do bad crazy behavior when their natural instincts are not addressed and used to their highest potential.
Your search for control would be finding a more constructive outlet for your natural skills and talents. Find your passion. perhaps it is boxing. or pitching. maybe it's quite the opposite. A yoga instructor or neurosurgeon.
The behavior is a symptom of imbalance.
