Anyway - I still think the product is a bit pricey if you're not sure it's going to suit. It's not like it's something you can flog on ebay if you decide you're not keen is it LOL
Yeech! Though you might be surprised what some people will try to sell. A couple years ago I was in Greece on holiday and at a flea market saw a dildo awaiting a new owner. I was so shocked I nearly tripped myself.
I've tried the Instead Cup (shown in link) because it was recommended for cleaner sex during menstruation. It sits over the cervix the same as a diaphram would. The problems I found were that if it gets bumped, it will spill, it can be dislodged, the ring is a relatively firm plastic so if the guy is long he may not enjoy the obstacle (ouch). As a purely menstrual aid, I didn't like them. Too much fishing around for my patience levels at that time and the chance of doing so without getting your fingers covered if not by blood then by your natural fluids is non existant. I don't want to deal with that in a public restroom and I shudder to think about another woman touching the handles, etc. after having done so.

FWIW, I'm not too keen on the o.b. tampons either. I like to keep my fingers clean, "no muss, no fuss".
