Hi everybody!

First of all, thank you all for the response. It motivates me to update and stay with the routine.

Bad news: I have had no length gains after starting again. Granted, its only been a couple of days, and I haven't been at it hard enough.

To MysticWolfe: The reason I bend it downwards is not to get a curve at all. I don't really believe in all the "theories" of PE, so I just try to feel my penis and estimate how it might react. The thing is that when I bend it, it feels like it stretches a bit, but also the tissue is forced to balloon in the erea (and blood goes to the head of it). I believe that the bloodpressure might make the small "bobbles" that contain blood in the swellingbodies more elastic = longer, thicker erections because of increased bloodvolume. I don't see any sense in the penis "adapting" by making more cells or anything like that.

My result so far has only been that slight increase in length, and maybe a little curve right after stretching, but only in the semiflaccid state. When it is erect there is no difference from before, so I am not to worried about that.

Also: I have tried to bend it upwards but it felt more dangerous. First, I felt a sting in the corpus cuvernosum penis, and second, it feels like the corpus cuvernosum urethrae is more delicate tissue and recieves too much strain. So my gutfeeling is that it might do damage and therefore I stay away from it - I'd rather have a slightly smaller penis than a dead one:biggrin1:

KWS: There is a difference, yeah. It is slightly bigger. It never becomes as small as it could before. Actually, the flaccid change is more noticeable than the erect.

To everybody:

I have put an extra thing into my routine. When I started I wanted to gain girth, but only got the lengthgains. Now I added a nice trick (don't know if it has a real name) where I take my erect penis and then wrap my hand around it and squeezes. This way the blood can't get back out. Now I tighten some muscle around the scrotum (as if I am holding in pee) and release my grip slighty, this way more blood gets in, and short after I tighten my grip again and traps the blood. I then count to 5 or 10 and do it again to get some more blood in and repeat untill I feel I cannot handle any more pressure. Then I hold it.

Result in only 2 days: bigger penishead, more mushroomy. The shaft is also thicker. I believe the shaftincrease is due to some swelling because of me touching it all the time, but the penisheadincrease seem genuine. It feels like I just stretched the tissue so it can contain more blood. It might go away, but if I just do it once a day it should stay. Btw my girlfriend hates it since it fills up her mouth now:tongue: Haven't had sex with it yet, but we'll see.

Warning: DO NOT FORCE MORE BLOOD IN THAN THE PENIS CAN HANDLE. This excercise feels like it could fuck shit up. I already had some red dots from blood being forced out into the tissue, which taught me to watch out. But a nice drill if you want some fast gains. It might not do anything than give you some milimeters. It seems like a softcore version of pumping really.

I would recommend you to start to include warm up and warm down in your routines if you want to see further gains... btw the "trick" you just described is the hand clamping while kegeling blood in, it s a good technique but it's always adviceable to do it well warmed up

thanks for updating your log mate.. I would recommend you to start to include warm up and warm down in your routines if you want to see further gains... btw the "trick" you just described is the hand clamping while kegeling blood in, it s a good technique but it's always adviceable to do it well warmed up

I always start out slow. Normally I masturbate a little beforehands and massage the tissue. But I will try some kind of warmup routine and see if there is a difference. Thanks

Just had another "peek" at the ruler, even though I try to stay away, and it seems (seems!) that there are a couple milimeter more. Now it is stable at 20cm, and it looked as if it could even start peeking at 20,5 - though 19.5 cm is my official measure now. So I reckon that in a weeks time, maybe 2 weeks, I will come on here and yell out that I have reached 20 point something.

Note: when I measure it varies what I get, but I have a certain (slightly wrong) measuring tech that gets a pretty stable measure. I jab the ruler into the pubic bone over my penis and then stretch the flaccid/erect penis. The ruler is not close into my penis since it will go too deep into my flesh as there is a cavity right over my penis. Anyways, before I started my PE my penis would measure max. 18.5, but now it is on a stable 19.5 and as I said, today it measured 20.2 or around that mark.

Girth was measured before my new "squeezy" routine and it came to 14 cm straight but yesterday was measured at 14.5 - that might be swelling however, and that has happened before. But sex this morning felt as if there was some more friction, so it might have stayd there.

Oh, yes, almost forgot, I came up with a really precise way of measuring girth. Find some very, very weak tape (the stuff that sticks to paper = Adhesive tape - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia), and I mean REALLY weak - maybe put some water on it or use it a little on your t-shirt beforehand, and do not apply to the penishead. Now you just wrap it around your penis so that it sticks tight. Then with a scissor, cut of the tape so that it just connects with itself. Take it of your penis and voila, a perfect representation of its girth from that particular place to which the tape was administered. Now you can measure that with a ruler and get a very precise measure which is easier than standing with measuringtape IMO. This is my new method of girthmeasurement.

(Again: use commonsense before applying adhersive tape to your weiner. The skin is very delicate and can easily stick to the tape in manner that can hurt it. Also, if you have sensitive skin you might get pimples or something, i dunno. Respect the weiner:cool:)

Ok, so just applyed some healthy scepticism and came to the conclusion that my girth increase must be due to swelling. 0.5 cm in only 3 days would be awesome, but also cost your soul. My optimism almost fooled me there:D

edit: However, my penishead is slightly bigger, and it feels as it always does, so I hope that is a legitimate increase. I cannot quantify it, however, but IMO it looks hot. Never cared much about the head or increasing it but just seeing this small difference made me realize that this is one of my new goals: to get a fat, spongy glans.

Just added some pics one of which is an attempt to document the lenght, but it is not done properly. It shows which neighbourhood my penis resides in, but it is no legitimate measure.

I added some pictures of my routine. They are in the obvious folder.

Btw, I have had no real gains to speak of since last update. My girth has increased some, so I am now focusing more and more on girth since the length seems pretty ok (getting the job done-wise).

I have been a bit of a cheater, not really been doing my routine as rigorous as I did in the beginning. I plan on starting two hardcore weeks from tomorrow and 14 days ahead. In the end of those two weeks I will give a status update on both length and girth, and if there hasn't been any I will give my routine 1 month more and then quit or find some other routine to test. I expect at least 1 cm, though.

I will take pictures with a ruler, and they will be done properly. I might convince my GF to help me out. Hehe.

great updates mate! I regularly check this thread out to see your improvements! you measuring technique is original and strange but itìs good as long as you stick to it every time you measure your dick... your progress sounds very good! I didn't only understand why you build that swelling everytime you do a girth routine... to me sweeling only depends on skin swelling .. maybe you jelq it without lube??

Yeah, I try to stick with one type of measurement. Even if it is unprecise (I believe my technique is sound, so it shouldnt be unprecise) it will still show relative increase if it is done consistently - and PE is mainly about gains and not particular sizes.

As for the swelling. It is not like my dick swells up that bad. I get some swelling in the skin, mainly the foreskin. That is due to the grip when I bend. But I sometimes get a little sore all around and it seems that there is some swelling - cant really tell if it is only the skin or even the deeper tissue. But I seem to have gained some actual girth, as my previous measurement has stood the test of time untill now (+/- 1 or 2 mm, but that is normal taking variations in erectionquality into account).

But I am glad that you follow the threat. Will try to give some more "scientifically valid" updates so it wont just be my words that you follow.

well maybe the swelling depends on the fact you don't warm up.. this morning I did a bit of erect bend without being warmed up... When I do some kind of PE exercise without warming up before I develop many red dots on my shaft skin... does this happen to you too??? just curious

I only get red dots if I do jelqs. It seems that it is due to the high pressure. But a nice tip is to simply do the excersises in the shower. That way you are warmed up without all the stupid sandbags and towels.

But I dont feel a difference between warming up and not warming up when just doing erect bends. But I will try some times with and without warm-up to check it out.

As you might have noticed, I have been away for a little while. In that period I gave up PE. I lost about 0.5 cm, so my size stabilized at 19.5 cm. Now I started again 3 days ago, and I am already a stable 20.1 cm, and if I trick and cheat with pulling I get it up right under the 21cm mark!!! I guess I will reach 21 in, say, a months time, if I stick to it. I am not bending or stretching anymore. Now I only use clamping and jelging (dry) as I want girth. Then I stretch a little and wank a lot.

I think the pause helps boost gains, or maybe I just loosened up what I lost. Any ways, I will update once and a while if something happens. And there will be a proper measurement pic in my gallery later today!

An update for my not so popular thread:

Yesterday I measured again and had a result I couldn't believe: a solid 19.5 NBPEL and 20.2 BPEL, and 21 cm BPEL+A LITTLE STRETCH! Earlier, it has been a preegrowth thing, that I could force my penis out a little longer. When I started I always lied to people I was 19 cm BPEL, but really, I was 18, but could stretch it to 18.5 using foulplay. Then after my training I got 18.5 and could stretch to 19, and then to 20, and now I am there, and can stretch to just around 21 mark. It seems totally unbelievable.

My girlfriend, who is a total tool when it comes to judging penissize, had to admit it had grown A LOT yesterday. She gave me the first blowjob in a month (stormy weather in the relationship due to external and internal factors that are settling down now), and the very visual experince was so altered I couldn't believe it. I mean, the way she now had to place her hands, and all the free space. Man. And it has gotten thicker too. So in two weeks I will try to persuade my gf to do it. Harder than you might think. She can't seem to understand that such a small step for a man, is a huge step for humanity. Or is it the other way around in this case? Lol.

So my routine cooled down a bit and I lost what might have looked like some mm girth. Lengthwise I have kind of settled on 20.5 bpel and around 19 nbpel, and can hit 22 if I stretch out while flaccid (earlier my flaccid and erect length was the same, but that has changed).

Because my penis felt skinny due to me being used to handling a slightly swollen (too much stretching and tugging and cumming) member, I decided to give it hell - which hopefully is working. My penishead is more plump, and it seems that I land on 15cm girth, which is just a tad under 6 inches, which I pretend to be now ;). I tried to relax today, but mr. Hand wanted to touch, so Willy got hell again.

I just do clamps and jelqs now, and a little stretching, since length is always nice. In 2 or 3 weeks I hope to report back with some girth gains.

I am not sure if I am overworking my schlong. My girth is at 15.2 cm, which is 6 inches, but I believe it is due to swellings. My erectionquality is slightly worse than normally, but that is typical behavior and should cash in as a stronger erection after a 1 or 2 days break.

I will not work on it for the rest of the day, except by achieving an erection and a little stretching before sleeping time, and tomorrow I will go easy on it and only stretch a little and achieve an erection once and a while. Then the day after tomorrow will be devoted to preworkout measurements (to see if it was indeed only swellings or if I gained a little), and from there my training steps up in intensity again.

If I have gained any size already that will be a deathblow to the "stressing penistissue provokes cellular division" thesis. It is simply impossible that my penis has grown 0.5 in girth in only a couple of days (since my training prior to these days gave no results girthwise). It will also mean that I will have to keep training to maintain the girthincrease, unless prolonged training can make the expanded tissue "settle" at the new girth.

Lengthwise my penis has stabilized fair and square on 20.2 cm, which means my baby is in 8 inch territory, and that is a measure I am happy with. I wont push length further, since it seems futile, but I will try to maintain it there. To prevent experience proving that gains are not permanent I continue a very mild stretching routine as a spice to my wanking sessions and I even squeeze in a little stretch during intercourse.
