First of all, thank you all for the response. It motivates me to update and stay with the routine.
Bad news: I have had no length gains after starting again. Granted, its only been a couple of days, and I haven't been at it hard enough.
To MysticWolfe: The reason I bend it downwards is not to get a curve at all. I don't really believe in all the "theories" of PE, so I just try to feel my penis and estimate how it might react. The thing is that when I bend it, it feels like it stretches a bit, but also the tissue is forced to balloon in the erea (and blood goes to the head of it). I believe that the bloodpressure might make the small "bobbles" that contain blood in the swellingbodies more elastic = longer, thicker erections because of increased bloodvolume. I don't see any sense in the penis "adapting" by making more cells or anything like that.
My result so far has only been that slight increase in length, and maybe a little curve right after stretching, but only in the semiflaccid state. When it is erect there is no difference from before, so I am not to worried about that.
Also: I have tried to bend it upwards but it felt more dangerous. First, I felt a sting in the corpus cuvernosum penis, and second, it feels like the corpus cuvernosum urethrae is more delicate tissue and recieves too much strain. So my gutfeeling is that it might do damage and therefore I stay away from it - I'd rather have a slightly smaller penis than a dead one:biggrin1:
KWS: There is a difference, yeah. It is slightly bigger. It never becomes as small as it could before. Actually, the flaccid change is more noticeable than the erect.
To everybody:
I have put an extra thing into my routine. When I started I wanted to gain girth, but only got the lengthgains. Now I added a nice trick (don't know if it has a real name) where I take my erect penis and then wrap my hand around it and squeezes. This way the blood can't get back out. Now I tighten some muscle around the scrotum (as if I am holding in pee) and release my grip slighty, this way more blood gets in, and short after I tighten my grip again and traps the blood. I then count to 5 or 10 and do it again to get some more blood in and repeat untill I feel I cannot handle any more pressure. Then I hold it.
Result in only 2 days: bigger penishead, more mushroomy. The shaft is also thicker. I believe the shaftincrease is due to some swelling because of me touching it all the time, but the penisheadincrease seem genuine. It feels like I just stretched the tissue so it can contain more blood. It might go away, but if I just do it once a day it should stay. Btw my girlfriend hates it since it fills up her mouth now:tongue: Haven't had sex with it yet, but we'll see.
Warning: DO NOT FORCE MORE BLOOD IN THAN THE PENIS CAN HANDLE. This excercise feels like it could fuck shit up. I already had some red dots from blood being forced out into the tissue, which taught me to watch out. But a nice drill if you want some fast gains. It might not do anything than give you some milimeters. It seems like a softcore version of pumping really.

I would recommend you to start to include warm up and warm down in your routines if you want to see further gains... btw the "trick" you just described is the hand clamping while kegeling blood in, it s a good technique but it's always adviceable to do it well warmed up
