yo i'm so down for colonizing mars, i'd be the third signatory in line representing LPSG. think about how sick it must have been to be one of the first colonists from europe to touch down in north america when we were exploring that part of the world? must have been nuts. plus all of your descendants are going to make mad bank by virtue of having some land that you claimed a hundred years before they were born in "new new york."

I think we're more likely to build "death stars" in identical orbits to Earth than emigrate to planets with incompatible atmospheres/gravitational forces.

If the tipping of Earth just a few degrees (Antarctica for example) creates something inhospitable to harvest and mankind, then I highly doubt Starbucks will be able to grow coffee on Mars.

Or maybe penguins will be the first Barristas on Mars...

Depends on the company.............Sigourney Weaver maybe, no stopping to investigate strange distress calls though:eek:....Weightless sex could be fun...mmmmm...best we got here is water, which is pretty good. Someone sitting in the back of the ship saying are we there yet.....are we there yet... could be a little annoying.

I'd go, think I'm still young enough to enjoy adventure, and hopefuly for some time yet.
