How about your Mom? Equally as hairy? If not you're probably out of luck, man... :biggrin1:

When you saw your father, he was a full grown man already (not 19). Sometimes these things take time. A hairy chest does not grow overnight. A good side is, if your father was a bear then chances are you'll be one too :). While you're at it, keep your body nice, well kept, and allow your body to boom some hair out! Same thing with beards. Sometimes they don't connect around the moustache and chin until you've aged some.

I work out quite frequently, so I'm good in the health area ^_^ and with the facial hair, i only have the mustache and the chin the rest i maybe have to shave once every 2 months or so, its so annoying, ppl think I'm 16 X_X

Don't worry. When I was visiting my relatives, they still thought I was just entering High School. At least you have a family history of chest hair. I already have a beard just that the moustache and chin aren't connected but I don't have chest hair (and probably never will) because my family genes don't have em.

dude...you're young. It will hit you as you get older. I was the "hairless wonder" in school all the way to my sophomore year in college. A name my friends would use to poke fun at me because i didn't even have underarm hair. That changed at 22... and I had the essential areas after that. When I hit my 30's I became pretty much a bear..sooo don't rush it!! :)

what is a bear?????? besides that animal.
Is LGBT slang for those in the bear communities, a subculture in the gay/bisexual male communities and an emerging subset of LGBT communities with events, codes and culture-specific identity. It also describes a physical type.
Bears are hairy pubes and tend to have hairy bodies and facial hair; some are heavy-set; some project an image of working-class masculinity in their grooming and appearance, though none of these are requirements or unique indicators. Some bears place importance on presenting a hyper-masculine image and may shun interaction with, and even disdain, men who exhibit effeminacy.[2] The bear concept can function as an identity, an affiliation, and an ideal to live up to, and there is ongoing debate in bear communities about what constitutes a bear. There is also, anecdotally, more acceptance of tattoos and body piercing in the bear community.
"Bears" are almost always gay or bisexual men although increasingly transgender men and those who shun labels for gender and sexuality are also included within bear communities.

That's what my dad said about scotch... and it worked!! =)

Seriously, I've been hairy since about 19. It's genetics, but don't fret, it shows up later sometimes. Lately, my chest hair that I so love is spreading to my shoulders and back, which I'm not so crazy about to be honest.

I have a reasonable amount of chest hair (my gallery). Most women find it something to turn them on whereas others find it grose. Its abit like marmite, you either love it or hate it.

P.s - I love it when a woman runs her nails down my chest hair. Ohhh so very sexy indeed! Anyone feel the same?
