no way. Icky is totally right (see above post). i also work in the film industry, i can tell you with a lot of experience, that would have taken an amateur years to use CGI that extensively. on the other hand, the film color and texture treatments he used are standard issue plug-ins on most inexpensive desktop editing software, so it's totally plausible that he'd have been trying to put a little art into it. in addition to being freakishly endowed, he's also not a bad filmmaker. looks like he's been watching his fair share of david lynch and stanley kubrick.

Vid2 - apparently filmed by the guy inside the room, mentiones people watching form across the street- presumable one of them filmed the first vid.
