...It was so sad when she passed. She was a blast on Bewitched and in movies before that. One of my fave movies she did was the Lizzie Borden Story. I think the only thing wrong w/this movie is sometimes the 70s movie music chimes in....Other than that it was a good tv movie, Ahhhh Liz.......

I loved her in a pioneer mini series called The Awakening Land. Hal Hollbrook played her husband. Loved it.

She was really such a good actress but she had to get past Bewitched to prove it. I wish she didn't die. It's just me I loved her!

Thanks for the link, Hells. I saw this when it first came out in 1975 and it's always lingered in my mind. I can deal with the heavy-handed score; it's the zippers and mascara that drive me to distraction, but for a TV drama produced in that era, it's really still kinda good.

EM's performance is especially riveting, and anything with Katherine Helmond in it is a treat.

    Loved the jingle....

    Lizzie Borden had an axe
And gave her father forty whacks
When she saw what she had done
    She gave her mother forty-one!

She could play some evil characters like no one else. I love her as the nurse in Amos...and really everything she ever did.

when i was in love with real women
before the onset of complications with males? ha
(always considered she was a real waste, for the plain & basic ( but funny) Darren)
    enz

bewitched did it for me, that 'twinkling of the nose' & the music to go with it.. sigh.
so she touched the hearts of folk far away in NZ, my China Father Loved her.
