I've been PEing for a the almost a whole month now and am very happy and proud with myself so far, but along with length and girth issues, I'd love to increase the vascular or veiny look of my penis.

Is there any type of exercise or particular movement that specifically targets making your cock more veiny and rigid looking or is it just from Jelqing alone or perhaps even genetics?

putting a rubberband at the base of the penis really brought my veins out.but be careful not to over do it because it can cause damage.and make sure the rubberband isnt too tight,just tight enough to press on the skin.and no more than 10-15 mins

Hmmm...interesting. Do this while flaccid or hard? The whole point is to keep as much blood as you can between the rubberband and the head right? I'm assuming get it semi-hard or so and then put it on to trap the blood in for 10-15 min?

Focus on stamina work to ensure maximum blood flow to the penis. This will improve your vascularity, control and hardness

Try holding the jelqing grip at the base with the thumb and fore finger next to the body, you don't want a hard penis but get some blood flowing. Do a hard keigel squeeze while releasing the grip and then retighten repeat till the penis is totally engourged you will reach a point where the rythm can slow but don't hold for too long. You will know when to squeeze again because the blood will slightly flow out and you can see the size reduce slighty because you don't acually have a erection. While doing this my penis gets bigger than when it is hard. I end up holding the grip for about 5 seconds. You can also do a easy very slow jelq while holding this grip with the other hand. Be gentle and very carefull while doing both of these it is possible to over pressurize the point where you can damage the blood cappilaries and end up with a purple penis which can take years to repair it's self. Be careful and take it slow this is serious stuff. It is always better to be grateful for what you already have than end hurting your self. Good luck

L. Arginine, one of the 20 more common proteins, should help you get a more 'veiny' appearance, and it's available at any drug store, wal-mart, walgreens, etc. Among many other things it mainly turns into nitric oxide and helps in widening arteries and veins, take around 5g and it's basically Viagra. You can take anything up to 15g a day for six months and not have any negative consequences, really hard to overdose, but most people just take 5g a day spread out as pills, or all at once as powder in a drink. I take two 1g pills when I wake up and another 2 later when I do PE. Just watchout because depending on how hard you normally get on a 1-10 scale, 2g will bump you up a notch (almost painfully hard for me). I worked my way up to 3g doses for 6g a day, but that much at once makes one of my veins feel itchy which probably means more pressure than its used to... this is a good summary but you should look around at others experiences with it and case studies. An important note about L-Arginine- if you suffer from herpes, consumption of L-Arginine or foods high in L-Arginine can interfere with treatment and may even promote outbreaks.
