just wanted everyones opinon
good. now cut the mass. stay low in carbo and eat a lot of proteins/vegetables.
and do at least 2 cardio workouts x week.
I would advise you work on stabilizing muscles; your core triceps and shoulders specifically. Guys tend to neglect these things because they get stuck on training the "pretty" muscles -- the chest and biceps. These things can make your body of out balance and can give you a round shape.
Start amping up your shoulder routine to balance out your already developed chest and do some abdominal crunches, leg lifts and vacuum to pull in your core and give you a nice V-Shape. Stay at it! With more work you can have a great physique.
thanks for the advice the both of you, i started doing sit ups and crunches this week. i my goal is to really bulk up.
