Almost 58 y/o here. Negative: it takes longer to get a full rection. I need more foreplay. Positive: it stays longer. I can hold back orgasms longer, but once I shoot my load it goes flaccid for at least half an hour.

I'm 52 and yes, it takes "more" to get me excited now, and it takes longer. However, like you, once there, it all still works fine. I think this is pretty much normal as we age. I know some guys who are 80 who still are able to get it to work like they did at 20; I know some guys my age who can't get it up at all. Me, it still works, just more slowly. Example: when I was 25, ANY porn of any kind would get me rock-hard and ready in seconds. Now, I can watch all kinds of porn and not be aroused. If I see something hot, though (and everybody has a different definition of "hot"), it can still work just like the old days.
