I have morning wood every morning now. Am in my 40's. Due to readings on the forum I have been taking maca, saw palmetto with pyegum, pumpkin seed oil and zync. as well as powdered Lechicin (sp). I get wood throughout the day as well. And when I cum, its like a fire hose.

I would say I get it about 50% of the time. A key part of having morning wood I think is if you wake up from REM sleep vs slow wave sleep. An erection is a physiological occurance during REM sleep and a normal sleep cycle is to wake up from REM sleep which I think is the reason for morning wood.
