I think it does for a lot of guys, but it never has for me. I have no problems rolling it back, so it isn't because it's overly tight or anything, but when I do roll it back it just goes back in place on its own. I'm glad you said lack of curve and not just 'no curve', because all penises are sort of non linear they way they stick out of our bodies.

In other words, no one's penis sticks 100% straight out perpendicular, the way it comes out of your pubic bone is not perpindcular.

EDIT:

I believe when they do that lengthening surgery that's actually what they do is remove whatever is attaching your dick to your pubic bone... so it will be more perpincular to your body.
